Leadership Team

Andrew has been attending this church for years and had been there through mergers and splits. His close walk with God constantly blesses the congregation as he shares with us on Sundays from his heart. Andrew has taken on the role of lead-elder and is taking this very seriously, praying for Jesus to be known as we go through the book of John and beyond.

Kevin is a clear and logical thinker with a big heart. He blesses the leadership team with his ability to execute tasks effectively and this is no doubt a by-product of his 25 years of business experience. He runs a laundry machine repair company called Integrity Mechanical. He and his wife Paula have been married for years and have three children.

Yvonne Chang

Yvonne has been keen on lending her talents to aid the children of Northside by volunteering as a Sunday school teacher. She has also taken on the role of Sunday School Superintendent. Yvonne is the church bookkeeper and is full of charisma. She is married to Vindel. She is also a mother of two and grandmother of two as well.

Ryan Routledge

Ryan is a stalwart at this assembly and has been faithfully serving behind the scenes and sharing with us in front for many years. His mother, affectionately known as “Auntie Flo” is a constant supply of goodies and sugar, and we wonder if Ryan does not also play a part in that blessing to our children. When Ryan is not at Northside he is busy supporting the Lab system at Alberta Health Services, with his IT/computer skills.   Thank you, Ryan, for your dedication to us.

Anny Pho

Retiree.   Have been attending this assembly since the merger between North Hill Gospel Hall and the Properties Assembly in 1997.

Praying for a servant heart to render support in whatever manner possible to the congregation and the leadership team.

Past career experiences include years of entrepreneurship as well as within the insurance industry as a general insurance broker for the last 15 years prior to retirement.

She and husband Gene have a son, daughter-in-law and a grandson.

Bejoy Thomas

Bejoy moved to Canada in 2005.  He is a leader in his field of research, studying why immigrant health outcomes are lower and trying to raise them. He coordinates two departments at the Calgary Cancer Centre and enjoys chairing the Leadership team.  Bejoy grew up in Dubai and adds a lot of depth to our team.  He and his wife Suja and son Reuben are excited to see Northside pursuing its next steps.
